III. DISCUSSION

Discuss the importance of Rules # 2 and # 3 of the National Building Code in relation to our profession.

Rule 2 and 3 of National Building code is important because it states the penalties that governs in all the violation
that will occur during the construction period. Also, this rule also includes all the permits that will allow a construction
to begin. In the field of our profession, it is very important to know the scope of this rule so that we can avoid the
inconvenience of a project that we are going to build.
