Ref contract # 112928 change of Buyer

Dear Sir or Madam,

With reference to contract No 112928 dated 07/15/2015, we request your consent to replace Hemera International Pte
Limited with Octagon International Holdings LLC (PO Box # 1179,Millbrook NY,12545) as Buyer under said contract.

Upon your consent, Hemera International will relinquish all rights under contract No 112928 in favour of Octagon
International Holdings LLC.

We kindly request Pasternak, Baum And Co., Inc. to reissue said contract with Octagon International Holdings LLC as Buyer.
