The aim of this guide is to help students of Faculty Art & Design,
Notes Universiti Teknologi MARA in preparation of their academic writing. This
guide will assist students to write their academic writing in a formal and
suitable academic style. Students are advised to adhere to the
specifications outlined here to ensure that their academics writing are
deemed acceptable for degree examination and standing.

1.0 CHAPTERS

The major chapters of an academic writing generally include the


following:
