Appeal under clause order XXXIX, Rule(1) of O.S Rules read

with 15 of the Letters patent against the order of the judgment and
decree THE HON`BLE MR JUSTICE C.V. KARTHIKEYAN dated 09-01-2018 and
made in the exercise of the Ordinary Original Civil Jurisdiction of
the High Court in OP.Diary.No.35654/2017 (in OSA.No.445/2018)

ORDER :- These Appeal coming on for orders on this day upon

perusing the Grounds of Appeal, the orders of THE HON`BLE MR
JUSTICE C.V.KARTHIKEYAN dated 09-01-2018 and made in the exercise
of the Ordinary Original Civil Jurisdiction of the High Court in
OP.Diary.No.35654/2017 and all other material paper in this cases
and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.S.NANDAKUMAR, Advocate of
the appellants and of M/S.M.BASKAR, Advocate for the 1st respondent
and of M/S.R.NANDHINI, for M/S.S.C.SUNDARSENAN, Advocate for the 3rd
Respondent the court made the following order :-

The 2nd and 3rd respondents are directed to file their counter.
They are directed to verify as to whether the properties disclosed
by the late Chief Minister Dr.J.Jayalalitha in the affidavit filed
before the Election Commission and the properties shown in the
Judgement of the Honourable Supreme Court in disproportionate
wealth case, are correct or not.

2.Moreover, they are directed to verify whether any of the

properties are left out from the list filed before this Court. If
it is so, give the list of the properties which have not been
disclosed either in the affidavit filed before the Election
Commission or in the Judgement of the Honourable Supreme Court in
the disproportionate wealth case.

3.Post the matter on 02.01.2019.
