UNIT- I

1. State Gauss law in Electrostatics. Apply it to calculate the electric field intensity due to uniformly changed sphere (non conducting) at
a point (i) outside the sphere (ii) at the surface of the Sphere (iii) inside the sphere.
2. Define electric Flux. By using Gauss law derive an expression for electric field strength at a point near the infinite plane sheet of
charge.
