 CONCERN FOR NEW WEBSITE GBKL

Concerned highlighted by IT department:

• Our web hosting package is on shared server services.

• It has limited features for advance functionality support.

• Migrating out involves a monstrous task as the server ties with our GBKL emails with
over 300 email accounts. All 300 accounts password need to change and all 300
PC/laptop accessing to these email accounts required re-configuring to point to new
server.

This mascot character can be updated in the new

website, and perhaps we can make it more fun and
connected to the consumer. We are open for your
suggestion and proposal.
