Bangalore for the year 2019-2020.
The experience of applying will in itself be one the most self-enlightening process you will go through
as you pen down your thoughts to most questions. You will reflect upon your AIESEC experience and

1.Blank Paper Challenge - depict the year 2018 for your department & how you envision it to be in 2019 and
in the future.
2.Enneagram Test 1 &2 , Bigfive, MBTI test, take all three tests, provide screenshots of the results.
3.What are your strengths and weaknesses as a person? How would you focus on; capitalising your strengths
and improving your weaknesses? Also write three core values that you stand for.
4. Describe your future short-term and long-term career and personal goals. How do you expect an EB term to
help you achieve these goals and why now?

in or outside AIESEC?
2. What is your definition of an ideal leader? What makes you believe that you are eligible for the
position of an Executive Body member of AIESEC in Bangalore?

4. Explain what your relationship with the Management Body and General Body would be like as
an EB member and a VP.
5. Mention the leader/leaders you look up to and reason for the same. Also give qualities in a Leader

2. What were the challenges in the portfolio that you are applying to in 2018 and what is your plan

the key steps you are going to take specific to the portfolio you are applying for to ensure that
MoS is achieved in AIESEC in Bangalore?
