Congratulations on taking up the brave step of applying to the Executive Body of AIESEC in
Bangalore for the year 2019-2020.
The experience of applying will in itself be one the most self-enlightening process you will go through
as you pen down your thoughts to most questions. You will reflect upon your AIESEC experience and
realise that you have come a long way already.
We hope through this application you are able to express all your thoughts in the purest of form
showcasing what your intent truly is. This journey will make you question a lot, yet, will also reinforce
your belief in certain things, so make sure you use this time to gain as much insight as you can about
yourself as an individual, and obviously, as a candidate for this post.
Whatever happens, always remember, we as the current Executive Body of AIESEC in Bangalore are
extremely proud of you and have faith that you can lead AIESEC in Bangalore to greater heights.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

1. Please read this document in detail and very carefully.


2. Subject of the mail should be: FirstName_LastName_ EB_2019_BANGALORE
3. The application package needs to be submitted to harshitha.madhu@aiesec.net and eb2018blr@googlegroups.com by
11:57 PM on the 9th of November 2018.
4. Applicants cannot withdraw their applications.
5. Applicants may run for a maximum of 2 positions.
6. All sections are compulsory. Use the same numbering system as the question you are responding to.
7. Late applications – even by a few minutes – WILL NOT be accepted and no exceptions will be given, including in the
cases of email/computer dysfunction.
8. Extensions will not be given. As such, we strongly recommend you do not wait until the last minute to submit your
application, as you will be risking it not being accepted should unforeseen events occur.
9. You can create your own design (graphic style and colour usage), but you may only use Font Lato/Calibri throughout
the application in size 12 only. Design your application as you imagine it.
10.Application cannot exceed a maximum of 35 pages including Cover.
11.In this application, you will be able to use all your creativity when creating and designing your own application form to
stand for the Executive Board 2019 of AIESEC in Bangalore. The process has been designed to bring out the best in
you through your application. At the same time, filling the application will support you in preparing yourself for a great
term on the EB. Your application reflects you; it reflects your personality and your perspectives. Be comprehensive and
concise.

and improving your weaknesses? Also write three core values that you stand for.

4. Describe your future short-term and long-term career and personal goals. How do you expect an EB term to
help you achieve these goals and why now?
