On the issue of minimum wages under M NREGA Scheme Ahana Deol all set to enter Bollywood

In a letter written on November 11 NAC Chairperson Sonia
Gandhi has said that minimum wages paid under MNREGA 804 people like Samaylive
should follow the Mminimum Wages Act of 1948.

But Manmohan Singh has written candidly on the issue and has Gandhi
kept the issue of wages under MNREGA outside the ambit of
Minimum Wages Act. He has suggested it to be kept under
consumer index based on agricultural prices. Payment in MNREGA would be made under this very basis,
PM has written emphatically.
