Based on quick glance through received inputs for above (7) equipment, below shall be our service
and quote-

1. We shall provide only engineering calculation support. No drawings are considered

in our scope.
2. Calculations shall be performed with use of combination of tools such as crack copy
of software (handling API-650 tank calculations), MathCAD , Microsoft Excel etc
based on requirements.(No licence copy shall be used).
3. Only soft copy of mechanical calculation report shall be submitted. No hard copies
will be provided.

Notes:

1. Mechanical calculation cost includes spec reading, performing mechanical calculations,

compliance with additional code/ standards (IBR, EEMUA 190) manual calculations if required.
Accordingly schedule also increased.

Schedule:-

1. First vessel report shall be submitted within (1) working week after receipt of job award. This
includes spec reading and job bulletin along with calculations.

2. Mechanical calculations for 2nd vessel shall be submitted in next (5) working days. 3rd will be
submitted in subsequent (5) working days.

3. FEA report for tag 17-DR-9102 A/B shall be submitted in 15 working days.

Payment terms:-

Payment for each vessel is expected after submission of that vessel. Online payment is preferable.
