Decent rural life is the basis of Russia’s development

The initiatives of Russian President Vladimir Putin to modernize

Russian infrastructure through the implementation of national
projects practically did not attract the attention of European and
American media, although the decision of the Russian government
to invest 300-400 billion dollars through national projects in the
development of the country's infrastructure, especially weak
regions, indicates the desire of the country's leadership
concentrate on the economic development of the country and
smoothing out the obvious imbalance of living standards in
Moscow and in the regions. Among other things, this is
unconditional evidence of the peace-loving nature of Russian
policy and the priority of the country's internal development over
foreign policy.

Absolutely unacceptable is the situation when for the same job, for the
same qualification, people in the regions receive 3 times less than in
Moscow. It is gratifying to see the steps of the Russian government and
large-scale investments in improving the lives of people in the regions in
order to slow down the migration of the entire population of the country to
megacities, especially to Moscow.

Russia has always been strong in its province and raising the standard of
living of people in provincial cities, towns and villages is one of the most
important tasks for the government. People will leave the province if their
living conditions remain the same as 100 years ago.
Despite the fact that Russia has vast territories, and the settlements are
often scattered far from each other, it is necessary to make sure that in
every house there is light, heat, water, sewage, the Internet, roads that
allow easy access to cultural centers . Creating conditions for living in
villages and towns is also a solution to the demographic problems in
Russia, a problem that President Putin is tirelessly talking about.

But with the technologies currently used, it is impossible to achieve the

above objectives. Connecting to the gas supply system is a truly
"unbearable" cost, even if the gas pipe passes no further than 100
meters from the house. What to speak about remote villages. It is
important that a significant amount allocated is spent wisely and not
stolen, so that the famous saying of V.S. Chernomyrdin "We wanted the
best - but it turned out as always."

The incomes of the population in the regions are at a very low level,
especially in villages and towns. The accessibility of the benefits of
civilization will allow, I want to believe, to permanently live in the regions
not only for people working in agriculture, but also for specialists working
on remote access.

The solution to these critical tasks is possible only through the

introduction of the latest advanced technologies. If cheap electricity is
available in the province, from which the whole house can be powered,
including heating, this will greatly simplify rural life. And when in the near
future electric cars with built-in direct current sources will appear on the
market, the expenses for travel on which will be determined only by
depreciation costs, then even trips from nearby villages to the place of
work, for example, to regional cities will not be burdensome for the family
budget. Of course, we are not talking about large megacities like
Moscow, on which highways are clogged with a large number of cars,
and driving in the morning and evening hours is a real test of the mental
stability of drivers.

The development of autonomous direct current sources that do not

require fuel combustion exists, and this is not fake or fiction. Scientific
thought has gone so far that the possibility of generating electricity from
autonomous and compact current sources without burning fuel and
regardless of weather conditions is at the implementation stage. The
development of Neutrinovoltaic technology by the German-American
company Neutrino Energy Group is in the stage of entering the market.
The technology passed laboratory tests and showed stability in various
conditions.

What are the working elements of a neutrino current source,

created on the basis of Neutrinovoltaic technology?

The invention of the neutrino current source was made possible thanks
to the latest discoveries in the field of materials, namely, due to the
production of graphene and the study of its properties. Scientists
empirically obtained the optimal composition, geometry, thickness and
number of deposited layers of an innovative material consisting of doped
silicon and graphene. The created structure of the material is constantly
in a state of increased vibration of atoms. Therefore, the minimal effect of
neutrinos penetrating the material on the amplitude of atomic vibrations
of a material having a resulting nanoscale translates atomic vibrations
into resonance, which is removed as a direct electric current from a
metal foil, which is the basis for applying a multilayer coating. The
multilayer material is applied on one side of the foil. The coated side of
the metal carrier is the positive pole, and the bare side is the negative
pole.

Such plates are connected in series and form the so-called energy cell of
the Neutrino Power Cube® neutrino current source. The number and
size of cells, the number of working elements in an energy cell depends
on the technical specifications for a direct current source in terms of
overall dimensions and output characteristics.
Electric vehicles with Neutrino Power Cube® installed do not need to
charge from a centralized power supply, which means that trips on such
electric vehicles will be practically free. This will allow residents of
villages and towns to comfortably and cost-effectively reach cultural
centers, attend recreational activities and performances, as well as travel
on vacations at minimal cost. All this will increase the level of self-esteem
of the inhabitants of the outback and will allow you to live in the province
with dignity.

Russia should be a strong state, primarily in the scientific and

technological terms. Despite everything, we should not in any case
close, but remain open for any mutually beneficial cooperation with those
who are ready to work with us as an equal partner.

Holger Schubart, CEO of Neutrino Energy Group, a great friend of

Russia, demands, as far as possible, on all political platforms, the lifting
of economic sanctions against Russia and states:

“Russia, despite the large reserves of oil, gas and coal, is obliged to
possess the most high-tech technologies for sustainable energy supply
of its vast territory. Of particular relevance is the energy supply to remote
and northern territories, since the supply of fuel for electric generators to
such regions is an expensive process and causes enormous damage to
nature. Our company Neutrino Energy Group is interested in cooperation
with Russian science and business. The Neutrino Energy Group's
Scientific Council already has several Russian scientists who make a
significant contribution to the promotion of Neutrinovoltaic technology on
the market, but we also need strong Russian business partners who will
be able to start production of DC neutrino sources for Russia in 1-2 years
. Even a partial transition in the power supply of individual houses and
the Russian automotive industry to Neutrino Power Cube® direct current
neutrino sources will be a real step in improving the well-being of
Russian people.”
