QUALITY CONTROL AGREEMENT

This is to certify that the remedial works for Existing One storied RCC Utility
building for UTTARA KNITWEAR LTD. Zirani bazaar, Gazipur sadar, Gazipur at Dhaka.

Bangladesh should be performed as in prescribed in Engineering Assessment (EA)

report which is prepared BY Civil Ex.

Before casting, concrete strength, grade of reinforcement, and quality of

epoxy based anchoring adhesive, admixture plasticizer and shear connector
should be checked by Civil Ex Engineer.
During construction period for worker’s safety construction sequence &
prop placement should be ensure as per provided documents.
