Young and productive Accounts Professional with over 5 years of working experience as
an accounting professional in multi-cultural environment. I am seeking a respectable
position in the field of Finance in a progressive and systematic organization which will

1. Accountant: (From February - 2008 to January – 2010)

One year and ten months work experience as an accountant in Intex Technologies
LLC, Dubai. Intex Technologies LLC Dubai is a major business participant in
computer accessories, life style products and Multimedia in the region, enjoys a leading
position in acceptance as a brand , caters the exports, local market and end user needs. As
an ISO 9000: 2001 company Intex leads its presence globally as Dubai is the main hub
for GCC, Arabian, African and CIS regions
.
2. Accountant – cum - Administrator: (From 2005 to 2008)
Work experience in Tennilapuram Bus Transport Company Kerala
G.B.Road Palakad. A well known transporting Company in Palkad.
3. Accountant: (From 2003 to 2004)
Wok experience in Kids Infotec, Kottappuram, and kodungallur in Thrissur district

Over all Job Responsibilities: -

• Preparation and maintenance of accounts by using

computerized accounting software Focus, Busy Win, Tally, E-Promise and MS.
Excel.
• Maintaining the list of debtors and creditors, reconciliation of debtors and
creditors accounts, timely follow up with customers.
• Collection and payment of cash and cheque and posting of these all entries
• Reconciliation of bank accounts.
• Preparation of monthly financial statement revealing the income and
financial position of the organization
• Posting Journal Entries, Receipt Vouchers, Payment Vouchers and Petty
cash Vouchers.
• Preparing Purchase Invoices, Purchase returns, Sales Invoices and Sales
Return.
• Preparing Staff Salary
