DESCRIPTION OF MEDITATIONS:

<> A place where thoughts become things = Children’s Meditation * This mini-
meditation was created for children around the ages of 5 – 12 years. The purpose of this
meditation is to help children understand that thoughts can become real things!

<> BOTEC I will help you activate your autonomic nervous system creating balance
inside and outside of your body.

<> BOTEC II we now add a personal power symbol to each energy center.
<> BOTEC III we are now learning to receive information within the energy centers as
well as becoming better at tuning into their frequencies.

<> Body Parts Space (Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself meditations)
This set includes the two meditations from Chapters 9-13 in Dr. Joe’s book Breaking the
Habit of Being Yourself. The meditations are:
* Water Rising
* Body Parts Space I
The intent is to help you to develop your ability to sustain coherent brain-wave patterns
by making meditation a skill. You will use convergent (focusing on a body part) and
divergent (focusing on the space around that body part) techniques to create integrated
brain wave patterns. You will then be guided through meditations with the goal of
releasing a limiting belief or state of being and creating an elevated belief or unlimited
state of being and liberating your energies.

<> Body Parts Space II * A shorter version of Body Parts Space I. Once in a deep alpha
state you will be guided through a lovely meditation with the goal of releasing a limiting
emotion or perception (of your choice) and creating an elevated emotion or perception in
its place.

<> Breaking Habits & Addictions * Dr. Joe will guide you to become conscious of your
unconscious thoughts which lead you to make the same non-serving choices. He will then
empower you with new tools to remove old cues and triggers.  During this meditation, he
will engage you in an exercise so that you will feel different and thus able to make new
choices daily that serve you to your greatest potential.

<>Changing Beliefs and Perceptions * The meditation is broken into four segments.
* Introduction
* Breath
* Creating Coherence
* Changing Beliefs and Perceptions
This meditation is designed to assist you in changing limiting beliefs or perceptions (of
your choice) into an unlimited belief or perception and liberating your energies.

<> Generating Abundance * Dr. Joe will work with you to uncover the beliefs and
feelings of lack or separation - that are holding you back from experiencing your
abundance - and teach you how to replace them. He will guide you in changing your
energy to create a vibrational match between your desires and the infinite potentials in the
quantum field. Thus, you’ll become skilled at creating wealth, freedom and exciting
opportunities in ways you hadn’t thought of before. 

<>Morning & Evening Meditations * Meditations designed to lower your daily stress
level, create a healthier immune system, begin to change your internal chemical structure
& build better neurological connections in the brain, You will be guided through creating
a new version of the future each day & closing your day with reflection, gratitude,
strength and planning for the next day.
<>Project Coherence Meditation * Dr. Joe shares some of the scientific studies of
construction interference and will then guide you on a gentle journey of healing and
harmony to raise the earths electromagnetic field.

<>Reconditioning the Body to a New Mind * This meditation is explained in chapter 5 of


Becoming Supernatural or Chapters 3 and 6 of Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself.
You will be guided to allow yourself to create a potential new future now, so your body
begins to accept or believe that you are experiencing something other than what you are.
You will create elevated emotions of that new future from which you can begin to create,
and receive, unseen events (synchronicities, serendipities, etc) that will occur in your
favor. This meditation also assists with heart/mind coherence.

<> Restorative Sleep - During this meditation, Dr. Joe will guide you in reprogramming
your autonomic nervous system so that your hormonal systems become more balanced,
your immune system gets stronger, your brain is working better, your senses are
sharpened, and you’ll awake each day feeling stronger and healthier, more alive and
energetic.

<>Space-Time, Time-Space * This meditation is explained in chapter 11 in Becoming


Supernatural. It is designed to help you learn to find the Unified Field and stay present
within the Field.

<>The Generous Present Moment * This meditation is explained in chapter 2 in


Becoming Supernatural. This meditation is designed to help you master finding the sweet
spot of meditation, the Eternal Now, the Present Moment… and just being One with it.
This meditation is not a heavily guided meditation. It is expected you can spend
significant time in meditation by this point without guidance.

<>The Pineal Gland * This meditation is best done between 1 and 4 AM when melatonin
levels are high. It’s designed to help you locate and activate your pineal gland.

<>Tuning In to New Potentials * All potentials that exist in the quantum field exist in the
present moment electromagnetically. This meditation is to help you create coherent
brainwave patterns, change your state of being and change your energy to match your
desire to become a better and healthier human be-ing.

<>Turning Your Love Inward * This short meditation is designed for woman and
mothers as a tool for you to change your energy, change your emotional sate, anchor
yourself in strength, wisdom and love and start your day from a powerful state of being.

<>Walking Meditation I * The purpose of a walking meditation is to train the mind to


stay present while the body is in motion as well as creating a larger experience of your
future.
<>Walking Meditation II * Another walking meditation with the addition of pineal work.

<>You Are the Placebo I * This meditation accompanies the book You are the Placebo.
This fully guided meditation is designed to replace TWO limiting beliefs or perceptions
with TWO unlimited beliefs and perceptions, as well as find the sweet spot, now, the
current moment and remain aware within the moment.

<>You Are the Placebo II * This meditation also accompanies the book You are the
Placebo. This fully guided meditation is designed to replace ONE limiting beliefs or
perceptions with ONE unlimited beliefs and perceptions, as well as find the sweet spot,
now, the current moment and remain aware within the moment.
