Definitions
Parent Company: Display name on AmbitionBox/Actual name of the company/most popular name
Duplicate Company: Similar company
Confirm: To be used when parent and duplicate companies are same and duplicate company becomes a part of the pare
Swap: To be used when duplicate name should be the display name on AmbitionBox and both the companies should be
Reject: To be used when both the companies are different

PFB the instructions to complete the task:

Step 1: Open "Task 1"
Step 2: Check whether the “Parent Company” and the “Duplicate Company” are same by Googling each company.
Step 3: If both the companies are same then mark it “Confirm”.
Step 4: If the Duplicate Company is the Parent Company according to your research and should be merged, then mark it
Step 5: If both the companies are different then mark it “Reject”

PS: Subsidiaries/joint ventures/car dealers/acquisitions/service centers will not be merged, so mark it “Reject”.
