Database-Driven Website Design/Programming

This project is for the creation, development, and programming of a B2B database-driven website that we
would purchase and own outright, and host at our facility.
We would need a project leader to work with while overseeing the project, and a team capable of producing
all aspects necessary. Database could be My SQL, programming languages open.

The website design would include the following features:

1) Admin/employee and customer-specific logins and selectable read-write access for specific pages and
functions available to them.
2) Functionality for importing inventory data, provide searchable and sortable inventory lists with .PDF views
of each item’s data sheet.
3) Specific departments allocated for creating sales, creating records of after-sale support, ability of Admin
to create and manage user profiles (both customer and internal), an interface that allows upload of specific
sales data to a 3rd part accounting application, a global reports generator, and some other typical features.

The Admin section of the site would have approximately 8 main categories with approximately 5 sub-
categories each. Total number of Admin-section pages is approximately 40. Customer section would have
approximately 7 categories with 1 or 2 pages each.

Overall design of site layout is completely finalized, and we can provide a complete specification of
functionality including screenshots or renderings of each page. A budget is already in place, and will be
finalized based upon quotes. We are ready to begin the project immediately, and target completion within
approximately 3 months.
