alignment of stakeholder expectations according
to the overall business objectives.

automation is that it ensures employees are
equipped with the right information at the right
time in a specific format that is consistent across
all business units. Automating many of these
repetitive tasks can save hundreds or even
thousands of working hours for organizations. A
benefits realisation research will then need to be
conducted to ensure quantitative approach to the
subject.

automation eliminates human effort on task
execution especially for repetitive
assignments. The marriage between
