MISSION World Team exists to glorify God by working together to establish reproducing
churches focusing on the unreached peoples of the world.

VISION We envision innovative teams multiplying disciples and communities of believers,

bringing the Gospel within reach of lost people everywhere we go.

ABOUT World Team is an interdenominational mission family of more than 350 missionaries
and workers sharing the Gospel in 28 countries among 59 distinct people groups.

Our passion is to see churches established as new believers are discipled, brought into
community, and leaders are developed and released into ministry. In turn, churches
will be planting churches, so that multiplication becomes the norm and movements of
nationally-led churches transform their own communities and beyond.

Our experience in North, Central, and South America, Africa, Europe, Asia and
Australia, demonstrates that no people group is beyond the reach of the power of the
Gospel. We continue to build upon a rich history of cross-cultural church planting
while fostering a spirit of creativity and innovation for ministry that is relevant in a
rapidly changing world.

CORE VALUES The Gospel is the message we are called to proclaim. It is not something we possess,
but a truth that masters our hearts and expresses itself in our lives and ministry. The
Gospel reminds us that movement in a person’s life or within a whole community is
possible, and is wholly a work of God.

Prayer and worship are expressions of our dedication to God and our total depend-
ency upon Him to intervene in our lives and work.

Interdependence is evident in our conscious desire to embrace partnerships with

others who share our passion for the unreached. It is lived out in our teams, networks
of national church associations, and sending churches and individuals who make up
the broader World Team family.

Developing and Releasing Leaders is a priority for ensuring that churches are nation-
ally led. We are also committed to the life-long development of our missionary teams.

WHAT WE DO Our message and goal are timeless. The Gospel is the power for change in any life or
community. Healthy, relevant churches are an essential foundation for long-term,
sustainable change among peoples and nations. Real justice, expressions of mercy,
and meeting of physical needs go hand-in-hand with the establishment and expansion
of local communities of believers.

CALLED TO People are God’s chosen vessel for communicating His message to the world. Our
CARE greatest need is for ordinary people; humble vessels willing to let God’s love pour out
of their lives among the unreached. Opportunities to serve will always outnumber the
servants. We invite others to join us, those who are motivated not by guilt or
obligation but who are so overwhelmed by the grace God has shown to them that they
are compelled to respond by sharing that grace and love with the nations.
