 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

NAME OF THE BUSINESS

The proponents named the firm “MGM Partnership” and the business “Otoguard Parking

Hub” which will provide parking for car owners, and with this the proponents would like to

establish a business that will provide lots of spaces for parking that are well-guarded, neat, and

surrounded by a top notch security system.

LOCATION OF THE FIRM

The proponents would like to establish the business in a location where it is accessible

and convenient for rendering the service, thus the Otoguard Parking Hub will be located along

the highway of Paco, Manila. This particular location is near to different establishments, office

buildings and schools with workers and students leaving their cars unattended just along the

streets. This ensures a target market for this particular business.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE

Otoguard Parking Hub offers a highly secured parking space for people to leave their

vehicles either for a few hours, overnight or even days. The business surely has a safe place to

park customers’ cars, having a CCTV monitored and fully guarded location. With its service, the

clients’ wheels will be very well sheltered.

PROJECT SUMMARY:

MARKETING ASPECT

This aspect covers the purpose of the business, its advertising strategies, distribution and

selling of services. The target market of the company is the residents of Paco, Manila especially

the residents of barangays 662, 671, 672, 673 and 674 who are car owners. The business will

pursue the business by promoting it to the public through tarpaulins, flyers, advertisements on

Facebook, and through offering incentives.

TECHNICAL ASPECT

Otoguard Parking Hub will be open for 24 hours during Mondays to Sundays. The

business will be closed during regular and national holidays. The building’s measurement is 24 x

19 meters, three (3) floors, having a total capacity of forty (40) slots. The continuous power or

electricity and the seldom use of water supply will come from a local distributor, particularly

MERALCO and Maynilad Water Services. Sources of communication which includes telephone

and internet line will be supplied by the Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company (PLDT)

that is combined in fixed monthly bills except for telephone calls in other network.

MANAGEMENT ASPECT

This aspect covers the nature of Otoguard Parking Hub, which is a service business, and

MGM Partnership, which is a general partnership with five (5) partners contributing three

million one hundred thousand pesos (P3,100,000) each with equal distribution of profit and

personal liability. This chapter also shows the company’s organizational chart along with the

staffs’ qualifications and duties. This also details the employees’ monthly and annual salary with

their benefits.

FINANCIAL ASPECT

This aspect provides different financial assumptions that the business will apply over its

operations. This chapter also provides a schedule for the company’s pre-operating expenses and

salaries and benefits for its employees.

SOCIO-ECONOMIC ASPECT

The business will contribute to the government, community and to the economy.

Employment generation for the people within the vicinity is one of the most beneficial

contributions to the government, lessening the unemployment rate of the country as well as

crime rates and providing jobs for people, giving them an opportunity to earn legal money to

sustain their families.

LEGAL ASPECT

This aspect covers the list of the requirements required by law for the business to be

legally accepted by the government and officially commence. As the business exists, it needs to

operate at legal state. Thus, Otoguard Parking Hub should comply with the laws and regulations

provided by the constitution. It is needed to be registered in Bureau’s and Department like SEC

for the approval of Articles of Partnership, DTI for company name, and Mayor’s Permit for BIR

purposes.
