HOW MANY DO YOU HAVE?
You might think that these “revenue

streams” need to be across multiple

businesses, but they don’t. In fact,

of all the businesses I’ve worked

with, almost all of them could make

more money in their ONE business if

they used more of these revenue

stream ideas.

How many offers do you have within

your business right now?

CURRENTLY IN YOUR
BUSINESS? If you’re struggling to find clients for

one offer, maybe a different one

will suit them better.

An even better question - how many

offers are you making in your

business on a weekly basis?

Let’s take a look at each of these

individually.
1. INFORMATION These can include:

- Online Courses

PRODUCTS - Ebooks

- Digital Workshops

- Training

These are a super easy way to - Audios

of ideas.
2. PERSONAL
COACHING Not only does this save them time,

but you can charge more for

personal coaching than you can for

Sometimes they want to learn how

to do something and have you help It’s not for everyone, but there will

personal help. Make sure they know

this is available to them!

FOR EXAMPLE:
If you’re in finance, you could offer

once a month personal finance

coaching, from things like:

- Increasing your net worth over a 1

year period

- Organizing airline miles and points

in the best way

- Coaching business owners on how

to save money

- Organizing bank accounts for

money management
3. GROUP This is also a great option for you

because although you usually make

PROGRAMS less per person than you would

more people per call/group so you

bootcamps or masterminds or a

number of other things (call it

whatever suits your brand best).

Make them a 1 day intensive, a 30

day challenge, or an annual program

- it’s up to you.
FOR EXAMPLE:
If you’re helping freelancers be

more productive, you could think

about:

- A 30 day productivity bootcamp

- 7 days of client offers

- A 6 month group program to get

their business to $10k/month

- And so many other things. Don’t

just stick to one offer, have

supporting offers, too!

4. LIVE These can be recorded live (you can

MASTERCLASS
sell tickets like you would any other

event) and then sold as an

information product later, or just live

classes with no replay.

Masterclasses, unlike free webinars,

don’t usually have an upsell. But you

can always email attendees later

with another offer. If they attended

the masterclass, they may be

interested in a group program or

coaching, for example.

FOR EXAMPLE:
If you work with speakers who want

to get more gigs:

- A masterclass on using LinkedIn to

connect with potential leads.

- A masterclass on Facebook ads to

show your material to potential

leads.

- An upsell to coaching or

email/phone templates with scripts

- A masterclass on how to create

sizzle reels that people will pay

attention to.
5. WEEKEND

Once you have built a solid for your workshops is a key to

you can offer a physical event that’s Paid workshops can also generate

6. RETREATS Retreats are a great way to immerse

your client in the topic you’re

teaching - taking them out of their

everyday life and routine, and giving

them a transformative experience,

shared with a few select others.

This can make a massive difference

to them. Retreats don’t have to be

out of the country, although they

should be somewhere inviting, and

where it’s easy to focus and be

inspired.
7. AFFILIATE If you’ve got an email list and still

aren’t sure of what else to sell them,

PRODUCTS you can sell them a range of other

people’s products, and get paid for

referring them. Not all products are

affiliate-able though, since it does

need to have a program set up.

You can often make a deal with

another business by promoting their

product and taking a percentage of

the sales. You can easily start

finding related products by going

into Google and typing “(your topic)

+ affiliate products.”

A search for “travel hacking + Another list of affiliate links you

8. SPEAKING You don’t always get paid a lot, or

your audience and get yourself and

Speaking gigs are a great way to

9. CORPORATE Consulting is normally super lucrative

CONSULTING - if you have a skill you can prove

will benefit the company. You would,

for example, describe how you could

improve company culture in some

way or help a specific department to

make or save more money.

Once you know what you can offer,

finding these companies on LinkedIn

is a fairly straightforward process,

and booking a call is the next step

to pitch them your services.

FOR EXAMPLE:
If you’re good at social media, come

up several ideas, each with a

specific outcome: “Get 1000

targeted followers in 30 days” or

“How to create a giveaway with 25

related products and get 1000+

email addresses within 30 days.”

Pitch a company to white label your

trainings for internal use. Be flexible,

as they may already have things

they’re looking for as well.

10. CORPORATE
WORKSHOPS This can be a lucrative option if

you’ve got a topic you can offer.

Remember, it doesn’t have to be the

exact thing you teach to your normal

audience. You can always adapt

something to be specific to a

corporate audience.

You usually can get paid a lot more

than you would selling tickets on

social media - but your presentation

and pitch do have to be polished.

11. Masterminds are a great way to

MASTERMINDS keep your audience accountable.

Normally in a group of 4-6, a

mastermind group meets regularly to

brainstorm issues they’ve

encountered and update the other

members of what they’ve

accomplished.

Curating your mastermind groups is

a good idea so that people at

similar levels can learn from each

other.
12. LIVE EVENTS
It’s usual to have an audience before

using the community to get the word

out.
FOR EXAMPLE:
If you’re a life coach and you’ve got

a large audience, or you have a

good relationship with other life

coaches with larger audiences, you

could plan a 1 day conference for

people to discover their “why” and

make a plan to work out how they

can redesign their life around it. It

could be called the “Conference of

Why” and be positioned so that

attendees get the clarity they’re

looking for.
13. MONTHLY Facebook groups, memberships,

and adopts them out.

14. PHYSICAL
PRODUCTS If you’ve never sold a physical

product, just know this. Global retail

ecommerce sales will reach $4.5

Trillion by 2021. People are buying

online more and more. And more.

Offering your customers physical

items, if your business allows for that

(and most do) is a great way to add

value and make money. You can

even use a fulfillment warehouse to

automate it.
FOR EXAMPLE:
If you’ve got a graphic design

business and have clients, maybe

you supplement it by using Shopify

and Printful to sell t-shirts, mugs,

hats, whatever, with your designs on

them. Or you could take orders for

specific things and outsource the

actual printing of them, i.e., print

your loved one’s face on a pair of

socks. This can easily be outsourced

and automated, and it gets people

in the door so they can eventually

work with you.

15. LICENSING This can be anything from social

TRAINING media to sales training to diversity

training - even leadership training.

to find out what they need, then say

16. SPONSORS &
ADVERTISING There are a lot of products you can

offer to sponsors - and sponsors will

pay for just about anything to get in

front of their audience.

You can have them sponsor your

podcast, your Youtube channel, your

website, your email list, a book you

write… all that you have to ask

yourself is “what’s in it for them?”

and then start pitching.

17. PUBLISH

This is often the first thing people do
