I would like to submit an application of Intern in the are R&D - Embedded Systems I am sure
I am suitably qualified for this position because ​my goal and purpose are to work for make
people’s live more profitable through science, technology and awareness. More than this
point , with my Electrical Engineering studies and the skill set required to make a positive
and valuable contribution.

My professional background experience includes managed projects, product, events, and

marketing plannings of different fields, technical knowledge on IT and Electrical Engineering
with my first work experiences and winter internship. working on planning and building
collaborative strategies to prevent issues and providing recommendations has developed my
capabilities in creative problem solving, multi-tasking and executing with focus in a customer
success.

My last work experience was in a Brazilian human resources startup that combined artificial
intelligence and psychology for increase the employee lifecycle level. I was part of the
product team and people analytics. My project was research and understand a new
product/feature development (Idea to implementation) for an accessible assessment, build
product roadmap, user stories and prioritize features that must be usable for disabled
people.

In the first years I did one research in the area of artificial neural networks, such research
brought me a broad view of the neuroengineering area and the integration of robotics with
neuroscience, two areas that caught my attention after having completed the technical
course in mechatronics. After that I joined in AIESEC focus to ​contribute to the development
of Brazil through youth leadership, this organization was linked on Sustainable Development
Goals (SDGs) and I committed myself with "Good health and well-being" because I
understand that the advance of technology and the social impact go together.

Integrating Diehl's control systems R&D team will be a really fruitful experience, since in
Brazil we only have Diehl Metail. Learning and improving my skills with a company that is at
the forefront of cutting-edge technologies is undoubtedly a professional and personal
