This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE is made, executed and entered into by:
LOURDES SIMON, of legal age, married (widowed), Filipino, and with residence and postal
address at BASAO, GATTARAN, CAGAYAN, hereinafter referred to as the
SELLER
-AND-
MERLITO S. CARILLO, of legal age, single, Filipino and with residence and postal
address at CATAYUAN, LAL-LO, CAGAYAN, hereinafter referred to as the BUYER.
WITNESSETH;
THAT for and in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED AND TWETY
THOUSAND PESO (P120,000), Philippine currency, the receipt where of her hereby
acknowledged from the BUYER to the entire satisfaction of the SELLER, the said SELLER
does by these presents sell, transfer and convey, in manner absolute and irrevocable, in
favor of the absolute and irrevocable, in favor of the said BUYER, her heirs and assigns
that certain real estate destined for, and in actual use as, RESIDENTIAL land situated at
Catayauan, Lal-lo, Cagayan and more particularly bounded as follows:
THAT the SELLER does hereby declare that the boundaries of the foregoing land;
that the permanent improvements existing thereon consist of building (residential house),
and that the property is in the present possession of the SELLER.
THAT the SELLER hereby covenants and agree with said BUYER that she is the
lawfully seized in fee of said premises, that the property is free and clear of all liens and
encumbrances, that she has a perfect right to convey the same, and that she wwill
warrant and forever defend the same unto said BUYER, her heirs and assigns against the
lawful claims of third persons whomsoever;
THAT the said property involved herein having not been previously registered under
the Torrens system, the parties hereto have agreed to record this instrument under the
provisions of Act 3344, as amended by Sec. 113 of P.D. 1529.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have hereunto set their hands at the

ACKNOWLEDGMENT
BEFORE ME, a Notary Public for and in the City of Tuguegarao, personally appeared:
Known to me and to me known to be the same persons who executed the foregoing
instrument and acknowledged to me that the same are their free act and voluntary deed.
This instrument, consisting of (2) pages, including the page on which this acknowledgment is
written, has been signed on the left margin of each and every page thereof by the concerned
parties and their witnesses, and sealed with my notarial seal.

(P100,000), Philippine currency, the receipt where of her hereby acknowledged from the
BUYER to the entire satisfaction of the SELLER, the said SELLER does by these presents
sell, transfer and convey, in manner absolute and irrevocable, in favor of the absolute and
irrevocable, in favor of the said BUYER, her heirs and assigns that certain real estate
destined for, and in actual use as, RESIDENTIAL land situated at Tamorong, Sta. Catalina,
Ilocos Sur and more particularly bounded as follows:
THAT the SELLER does hereby declare that the boundaries of the foregoing land;
that the permanent improvements existing thereon consist of building (residential house),
and that the property is in the present possession of the SELLER.
THAT the SELLER hereby covenants and agree with said BUYER that she is the

I, MERLITO S. CARILLO of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of Catayauan, Lal-
lo, Cagayan, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby
depose and say:
1. THAT I am the owner of a certain parcel of land described as Lot ___, Blk___,
______________ embraced by the ____________, situated in the Barangay of Catayuan,
Lal-lo, Cagayan and containing an area of TWO HUNDRED SIXTY SIX (266)
SQUARE METERS, more or less;
2. THAT on __________,___, 20__, I do confirmed that I had sold the said parcel of land
to MARY ANNE S. RUIZ;
4. THAT pursuant to the Subdivision Plan, a portion of land has been subdivided and
identified in favor of MARY ANNE S. RUIZ;
5. THAT I am executing the affidavit to attest the truth of the foregoing facts to the
effect that I confirmed the sale of the aforedescribed lot to a MARY ANNE S. RUIZ
and to inform the appropriate government agencies concerned to the same in
connection with whatever legal purpose or purposes it may serve.
