Title: Word Puzzle
Performance Task Scenario Using GRASPS
Goal:
To create a word puzzle that applies the Theorems on Triangles and Quadrilaterals.
Role:
You are a Teacher.
Audience:
Teacher and Student.
Situation:
You are a teacher and to make your lesson fun and effective, you are going to make a word puzzle so that the students will
enjoy your lesson about triangles and quadrilaterals. After making your word puzzle, you are going to let your students
answer it to assess their understanding of the lesson.
Product Performance and Purpose:
A word puzzle with accurate computations and appropriate questions. The word should be a five letter word. Each letter
corresponds to a certain answer. You should use 5 different theorems on triangles and quadrilaterals. The problems in the
puzzle must contain algebraic expressions to represent either the angle, side, or median.
Standards and Criteria for Success:

The output will be graded according to the attached criteria (rubric).
