AMM SGML Structure
• Introduction
The aim of the AMM (aircraft maintenance manual) document is to provide
technicians with the information needed for aircraft maintenance.

• The SGML structure of the AMM is:


A manual front matter (MFMATR) composed of preliminary data:
– A transmittal letter,
– An introduction chapter,
– An effectivity cross reference table,
– A service bulletin list…
