This is a web based tool enables users to post their problems relating to the product they bought from
the organization and helps in knowing resolving status. The main goal is to provide a piece of
software on the desktop that will post regular updates to a data file that is used by web-based system
for providing client and help center worker answers to the problems listed about.

Online Multiplayer Game (Snakes and Ladders) Duration: 1month

MMS (non-internet version), which deals with booking and blocking of seats for a movie in
various theatres on particular dates. User information, payment information and transaction logs are
logged into a file for security reasons.

PERSONAL PROFILE

My interest includes Surfing internet, playing Chess, Cricket and Volleyball, listening
good Music and going Long drives on bike.
