Answer : Everyone needs a technical skill cause technical skills are important because nearly
every job relies on different tools, programs and processes. If you have sought-after technical
knowledge and skills common in your industry, you’ll be a more competitive candidate. For
example, while a welder may have a positive demeanor and excellent customer service skills
(these are good examples of “soft skills”), her skillful handling of a torch will be crucial to
her technical and practical success.

2. Tell something about specific skills!

Answer : Specific skills are the expertise or talent needed in order to do a job or task. Some
skills are attained by attending school or training programs. Others can be acquired through
experiential learning on the job. The skills that are needed for a specific job are also known as
a skill set.

3. What do the managers have to monitor the job progression ?

Answer : Managers must have the skills to monitor the job progression. The skills that must
be possessed are: delegation skills, technical skills, conceptual skills, leadership skills,
communication skills, motivating skills, decision making skills, and planning skills.
4. What are the strategic managers ?
Answer : Strategic managers are the strategy owned by a manager in the preparation,
implementation and evaluation of decisions, strategic management focuses on the process of
setting organizational goals, developing policies and planning to achieve goals, as well as
allocating resources to implement policies and plan the achievement of organizational goals.

5. How do the managers supervise the operation?

Answer : The managers supervise the operation by :
 Training new employees and monitoring all employee performance.
 Plan and enforce budgets and delivery schedules.
 Keep inventory records and buy goods whenever needed.
 Make strategic plans to increase efficiency and drive growth.
 Set short-term and long-term goals for the department and for individual employees.
 Manage employees who are performing poorly, with the help of HR.
 Oversee all customer service communications and intervene if necessary.
 Change and update processes or policies that can be improved.

Upaya serius untuk menyelamatkan danau sangat penting, karena degradasi oleh gangguan

jelas. Sangat mudah menemukan tumpukan sampah yang dibuang di dekat danau. Sungai
kecil dan saluran air yang mengalir ke danau dipenuhi dengan sampah plastik dan sampah
wilayah. Keberadaan ternak babi di dekat Bukit Simarjarunjung, perlahan akan menyumbang
polusi air dan udara ke danau.

Saat angin bertiup, bau tidak sedap sampai ke restoran. Plastik, kaleng dan sisa makanan
tersebar di lereng bukit Sipisopiso. Jika tidak ada solusi untuk hal-hal ini, maka tidak ada
yang tersisa untuk generasi masa depan kita. Jawabannya adalah menyelamatkan lingkungan
dan konservasi. Solusi jangka panjang dari masalah di atas terletak pada pemerintah dan
