Please follow this format and make sure that the content of your narrative report should

reach a maximum of four pages, and minimum of two pages. Please use different paragraphs if

you have a lot of thoughts in mind, and not put one thought in one paragraph only. Also use

proper and correct punctuation marks, and break down thoughts / ideas into different sentences.

Please follow correct format. I noticed some of your narrative reports changed the character

spacing format, making your entry in the narrative report look long even though the content that

is inputted only reached one page.

Deadline of your narrative report is seven days after the last day of your section rotation,

unless announced / instructed to move the deadline to a specific date after the end of your section

rotation. Also there should be one space after each comma used, and two spaces after each

sentence (following BC25 rules in making / writing something). If you used a reference

material, please do acknowledge your sources. Remember that at the end of the semester /

before graduation, a copy of your narrative report will be sent to the registrar as proof that you

have complied with all necessary requirements given by the institute and that you are approved

for graduation. If one requirement is lacking, you may not be able to graduate.

All duty hours including extension hours should be served within the semester (700 hours

per semester) only. You are not allowed to move to the next hospital assignment if you have not

complied with the given duty hours on your assigned institution for the first semester.

The next paragraph will be abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz only to show you the minimum

acceptable two page content of the narrative report. Content shorter than the entry below will

not be accepted, and will be given automatically to the intern who submitted the narrative report.

Entries for the narrative report shorter than this will be returned back to the owner, and

will be given four hours extension for late submission of narrative report the next time the intern

submits a new narrative report.
