WHAT’S ON YOUR MIND?

Do you possess the Master Key that unlocks your mind, or are you still
residing in a state of ignorance (ignoring facts)? I know you are thinking
because everything thinks, vibrates, is alive, and has a purpose for being
here, even dirt, so what’s on your mind? Are you smarter than dirt, or are you
still asleep?
Th e
Do If so, wake up, for if nothing warns you that you are asleep, you may find it difficult ctr
ine to awaken and seek the message of ultimate truth, peace, and divine revelation of
Rh which is love, the song of universal oneness. yt
hm is
the So, this is your warning. Come aboard and find out, not only, what’s really on your fift
h mind, but also, what is within and all around it. This doesn’t even take into account do
the negative force field surrounding our entire bodies that must be broken so as
ctri ne
not to affect the mind’s ability to function at its highest level. Climbing aboard the
tha t
train of knowledge and wisdom of the workings of the mind will require
em concentration and meditation. Yes, meditate and try to embody it-a mind that bo
die desires everything in the twinkling of an eye, but must be closely guarded and s
the guided. On this train, there are few passengers: fear, doubt, anxiety, jealousy, tru
th greed, and other negative and destructive forces. It travels slowly, creeping tha
t sluggishly along toward its destination, overburdened, for you can only be inwardly ev
ery fulfilled when you stop your journey to self- pleasure, self-gratification, and develop thi
ng self-discipline. Without discipline, love, happiness, peace and success will not be is
in possible!
mo tio
n. Of all the many precious gifts bestowed to us by the Anunnaqi, Eloheem, Angelic “E
ver Beings, the mind is the greatest. Housed in our most intricate organ, the brain, yt
hin which works with the nervous system, it has the specialized task of assisting us in g
flo obtaining a more effective life, that is, if we take the time to gain control of it and ws
, slow down its frequent long-winded, meaningless babbling soliloquys and frivolous, ou
t insignificant ramblings that serve only to impede the development of positive habits an
d necessary to prevent our further descent from Being to Supreme Being to in,
eve Mammal. Focusing on powerful and uplifting internal dialogue will help to alleviate ryt
hin g
negative habits previously acquired. Learning the workings of the mind will prevent
has its
us falling even further into an abyss from which we may find ourselves unable to
tid es,
all escape. We seek external objects for happiness with the misconception that the thi
ngs mind may finally obtain peace, however, the mind tires of the object and seeks ris
e happiness elsewhere. Desires and emotions can be blinding and form impressions an
d that become habitual. These impressions can be positive or negative. We must fal
l, strive to develop love, compassion, service, cheerfulness, kindness, to the
pe mention a few, which make us happy and radiate to others-that universal nd
ulu oneness aforementioned. Ultimately, the goal should be to “Mine Your Mind m-
swi ng
for the Jewels of Your Soul” (York, Dr. Malachi Z, The Mind Book) which I
ma nif
est interpreted, by word analysis, as the ability to seek the value and obtain a s
in process whereby the complex elements that an individual feels, perceives, ev
ery thinks, wills, and especially reasons will provide precious possessions and thi
ng, the
Th e
Do many indispensable treasures necessary for the protection of the soul. Soul is ctr
ine the principle of life, feeling, thought, and action in humans and commonly of
Rh regarded as a distinct entity separate from the body. Everyone has a spirit but yt
hm not a soul, the true essence of existence. The soul is greater than life is
the because when life is removed, the soul remains forever and gives one the will fift
h to live or die in the physical. “If the person was highly spiritual, their soul will do
ctri pass at once through the planes7.and go into heavens or other galaxies ne
tha where the soul and ether originated. ”(York, Dr. Malachi Z., The Holy Tablets, t

the One of the most difficult attributes of the mind to destroy is the EGO which tru
th causes bondage and is a barrier to reality. Ego is a social product of society tha
t and is always shaken, always in search of appreciation. That’s why the need ev
ery to continuously ask for attention because the idea of whom you are comes thi
ng from others not a direct experience. Others shape your center. You are born is
in with it. Everyone has two centers-The Self, acquired through existence itself
mo and The Ego created by society. Through the ego, society is controlling you to tio
n. behave a certain way so as to be appreciated. This ego is false and must be “E
ver thrown off if you are to attain The Self. Society creates an ego because the yt
hin ego can be controlled and manipulated, but The Self cannot. The ego is g
flo always looking for trouble. Why? Because if nobody pays attention to it, the ws
, ego feels hungry; it lives for attention, so attention from others is needed. You ou
t attract other’s attention in millions of ways, the way you dress, try to look an
d beautiful or handsome, how much money you have, high-end possessions, a in,
eve dream home, and your demeanor. You may become very polite if needed. ryt
hin You simply change or adjust to the situation so people pay attention to you. g
has You may have noticed how some are always trying to, what I call, “one-up” its
tid everyone else. In other words no matter what is possessed by others, their es,
all ego must possess something bigger, better, more expensive so that others thi
ngs pay attention to them. Some women must always have the male gender ris
e around to tell them how beautiful they are whether it is true or not, that is the an
d ego searching for attention. fal
l, the
pe Some qualities of egoism are anger, greed, lust, and hatred. A person who nd
ulu has no ego is a master, no longer a slave, so look for the ego, not in m-
swi others-that’s not your business, but in yourself. Whenever you feel you are ng
ma miserable, try to decipher from where the misery came and you will notice nif
est that you have clashed with someone else. Ego has to be a slave; it depends s
in on others. You expected something that didn’t happen, so whenever you are ev
ery miserable, try to close your eyes and find out why. thi
ng, the
Th e
Do The causes are not outside you, they are inside you so look within. If you are ctr
ine asking, “Who is making me miserable causing me anguish?” Then, you are of
Rh looking outside yourself and if you look within, you will find the source of your yt
hm misery is hidden in you, it’s your ego. Knowing this will allow you to move is
the beyond it for the ego cannot be dropped. It may become subtle and even in fift
h your humbleness, the ego is still there hiding, but it’s not dead. When the ego do
ctri is gone, the humbleness comes automatically, but cannot be created. If you ne
tha are aware that you are humble, the ego is still there. It is so subtle, cunning t
em and clever, you must be very alert, only then will you see it. Bringing the ego bo
die into the light of conscious awareness is a constant struggle. s
the tru
th Whatever good happens to you, it is from the source, and whatever evil tha
t happens to you, it is from yourself. Control of the mind and annihilation of the ev
ery ego are essence of all spiritual discipline. Your motivation should be a simple thi
ng desire to love to serve the Most High, only then will the ego disappear. Also, is
in be wary of praise, for it too is just a verbal delusion, for the ego is eager to
mo see itself as better or different from others. True happiness should not depend tio
n. on praise or abuse for your true essence is beyond qualities and change, yet “E
ver a weak minded person will often identify with these changes and one thought yt
hin gives rise to countless others and destroys the peace that the mind craves in g
flo its search for happiness. “The barrier between the individual soul and the ws
, supreme soul is the Ego, and that is the ever present enemy”. ou
t (York, Dr. Malachi Z., Holy Tablets, Chapter 7, Tablet 25:34) The mind is an
d neither visible nor tangible. It exists in the spiritual or mental plane. Its in,
eve magnitude cannot be measured. In order to achieve true peace, it must be ryt
hin corralled and controlled. It adjusts to its desires, not caring about g
has consequences and is so powerful, even when warned as I am doing here; it its
tid will disregard the warning and conjure up excuses. All actions and reactions es,
all take place in the mind and appear as thought waves, considered the most thi
ngs powerful of universal forces. ris
e an
d Here you will learn not only characteristics and attributes of the mind but also fal
l, how to make the necessary modifications so as not to be affected by the the
pe activity of the world. That is when the pure self and pure consciousness will nd
ulu shine through and you will have the power to extract the precious jewels m-
swi needed for the protection of the soul, the true essence of a human being ng
ma which extends beyond qualities and change. Happiness can only be attained nif
est when the mind is satisfied and no longer searching for attainment. s
in All defective attributes of the mind can be corrected with honesty and true self ev
ery realization of their nature and source. thi

Do Diet alters a person’s appearance from man to animal as well as his or her ctr
ine nature. For example, meat eaters are more violent. Heart disease and of
Rh arthritis are two common maladies found in the US where the largest yt
hm amounts of meats are consumed, the culprit being cholesterol which comes is
the from hundreds of pounds of animal tissues and its fats. Diet is also linked to fift
h obesity, and diabetes. What we consume has significant implications for the do
ctri brain, thus affecting the mind. Unhealthy diets increase risk for psychiatric ne
tha and neurologic conditions such as dementia and depression, whereas, t
em healthy diets are considered protective. A 2009 study published in Archives of bo
die General Psychiatry found the Mediterranean diet lowers the risk of the s
the diseases mentioned earlier. It is high in fruit, vegetables, nuts, whole grains, tru
th fish, and unsaturated fat (common in plant oils). These foods put us at a tha
t lower risk for stroke, cognitive impairment, and Alzheimer disease. Healthier ev
ery diets are associated with reduced mental health symptoms. On the other thi
ng hand, unhealthy diets increase mental health symptoms over time. High salt, is
in trans or saturated fats, cause impaired mental cognition. Some foods
mo considered good for the brain are anything with omega 3 fatty acids such as tio
n. avocados, bananas, broccoli, brown rice, Brussels sprouts, cantaloupe, “E
ver collard greens, eggs, flaxseed, legumes, milk, oatmeal, oranges, peanut yt
hin butter, tuna, turkey, yogurt, peas, and salmon. I personally try not to eat g
flo anything that comes from something with a face or has parents, but as I ws
, mentioned earlier this requires much discipline. Be vigilant as far as what is ou
t being put in the food and how it is grown and don’t forget to exercise. an
d in,
eve Overstanding thought vibrations in relation to the powers of the mind, one ryt
hin can see distant objects, send messages to any part of the universe, and heal g
has people thousands of miles away. There is no limit to the powers of the mind, its
tid albeit, it can only do one thing at a time. After age 30, the brain cells were es,
all thought to die at the rate of 100,000 per day and not be replaced, however, thi
ngs since everything is in a state of constant change, more recent findings ris
e conclude that the brain is able to rejuvenate its cells. For example, listening to an
d music from your childhood is one way to rejuvenate brain cells. Those who fal
l, practice concentration retain a clear mental vision (clairvoyance-clear vision). the
pe The same concentrated attention a surgeon uses to operate on patients or a nd
ulu technician, engineer, architect or painter who draws minute details of a plan, m-
swi chart, and sketches for accuracy is the same concentration necessary on the ng
ma spiritual path where the aspiration must deal with the internal forces. Don’t nif
est allow the mind to waste its energy uselessly on vain thoughts. Train the mind s
in to attend only on the work at hand, thus the task can be accomplished in half ev
ery the time and with twice the accuracy. thi
ng, the
Th e
Do Words which have tremendous power and their meanings are linked by ctr
ine thought waves energized by visualization of the concept. For example, when of
Rh one sees a fire, a mental image gives rise to the corresponding verbal yt
hm utterance. Word meaning can be direct or indirect (implied). Words are is
the double-edged weapons, if misunderstood they can be detrimental to one’s fift
h progress. One simple word can create havoc and throw the physical and do
ctri emotional body into chaos ending in destruction of happiness and peace. ne
tha Overreaction to words and jumping to conclusions are weaknesses of the t
em mind. For example, if someone calls you a name, it is only a verbalization, a bo
die vibration in the air and causes you to act in anger to the name-calling, thereby s
the giving it validation when it is only a false reality, a meaningless vibration that tru
th has now created dissension. Some people talk too much, so we must tha
t remember, “The wise speak only a few words and then only when necessary.” ev
ery thi
ng There are many theories that exist as to how the mind works, yet, the human is
in process seems to remain intangible, caught in the same habitual frustration
mo and problem. Take someone addicted to drugs for many years. They truly tio
n. want to rid themselves of the habit, yet lack the necessary control of their own
“E
ver mind. The mind has formed thought waves that have become habitual yt
hin because the waves have created a pattern. Turning ones mind away from the
g
flo thought keeps the pattern from being formed. Whether aware of it or not, we
ws
, are constantly transmitting thought. Every thought has a weight, shape, size,
ou
t form, quality, power and color. “Red projects desire and evil and depicts blood
an
d shed; blue reflects a highly spiritual mood and virtuous qualities such as
in,
eve devotion, faith, and piety. Various levels of this mood are reflected in different
ryt
hin shades and tints of blue, yellow reflects intellect or a total state of conscious-
g
has ness, the brighter the hue, the purer the stream of mentality showing greater
its
tid intellect. Whenever the color is dull or dingy, the thoughts and moods of the
es,
all person are either slow or out of tune with the mental plane. Yellow thi
ngs encourages reason, judgment, analysis, or the use of logical mental activity,
ris
e green is a most divine mood, a combination of moods that blue and yellowan
d reflect. Green, like white, is a healing force, except the green light is more
fal
l, powerful and a more purified force, black is not a color, but a supreme state
the
pe of mind and the supreme balance, the total absence of moods and colors, nd
ulu and white is a state of purity of mind and soul.” (York, Dr. Malachi Z., Man

in (2) erroneous overstanding (3) verbal delusion (4) sleep (5) memory (6) ev
ery correct perception (7) interference and (8) competent testimony. thi
ng, the
Th e
Do Emotions are weaknesses and not equated with divine love which manifest ctr
ine as peace and joy. Without emotion there is no love and without love, infinite of
Rh love cannot be approached. Emotions become dangerous when they make yt
hm you fight, become greedy (over eat) and lead to diseases, obesity or death, is
the sex which leads to lust, and luster. The need of a vibrator shows your lack of fift
h self-control. When you give in to your emotions, you give up a part of your do
ctri divinity. When you are upset, you are no longer in control of yourself, but ne
tha under the rule of another. The more the mind possesses, the more it wants t
em which correlates with the qualities of egoism mentioned earlier; qualities bo
die which must be eliminated. Love and hate are two of the most powerful s
the emotions and driving forces of life. Both are essential and healthy, but must tru
th be directed properly to be constructive; otherwise, they can lead to destruc- tha
t tion and suicide, therefore, be careful in distinguishing loved ones from ev
ery enemies. Properly channeled emotions can help one attain freedom by thi
ng changing lower emotions into unconditional emotions. There is no knowledge is
in or treasure higher than love, for love is truth. Love is El Eloh, the Most High.
mo We must strive to convert emotions into unconditional love which is not selfish tio
n. or binding. Pure love is untied by lust and difficult to develop. The mind is “E
ver always looking for an excuse to avoid discipline, so we must listen to our yt
hin inner voice, The Self. Each of us has two sides, 180% agreeable and 180% g
flo disagreeable. Only one percent is needed to shift an emotion. We are in ws
, control, so listen to the voice of agreeable things. ou
t an
d Living a righteous way of life induces detachment from name, form, and in,
eve makes one aware of the ever changing nature of the body and phenomenal ryt
hin existence. We must become spiritual beings who do not identify with things g
has that are not real. In addition to name and form are the personality, desires, its
tid fears, body, mind, intellect and senses. When these are eliminated only the es,
all true, “I” remains which is absolute existence, knowledge, and bliss. All things thi
ngs exist within The All. The individual soul eventually returns to The All, for from ris
e within The All is where it came. The existence of The All, El Kuluwm, is what an
d some call Quantum physics and is real. An overstanding of this new physics fal
l, can lead to knowledge of the absolute and achieved by negation of all worldly the
pe desires, identifications, qualifications and extensions as mentioned earlier. nd
ulu There are no qualities in the universe that are not in the human body. Find m-
swi your larger identity by merging with the Kosmos itself. The Most High is the ng
ma source of intricate engineering and capable of such creation as the elements nif
est which we take for granted. All life is interconnected, and interdependent s
in relationships exist among all things. ev
ery thi
ng, the
Th e
Do For example, our bodies return to the ground and become food for plants. All ctr
ine is in The All so you can’t take or add to it. It has neither beginning nor end. of
Rh The All just is and has always existed and will always exist because it is yt
hm outside of existence. El Eloh, Anu, the Most High is the only reality and he too is
the is in The All. Everything else is mere illusion. To assert that a human was fift
h responsible for all creation or that the universe accidentally came into being do
ctri thrives on the absence of logic and the abundance of ignorance. El Eloh ne
tha fashioned the planet, gave the Eloheem permission to electrically charge the t
em protons and electrons and design the solar system 76 trillion years ago. bo
die Water is a symbol of personification, the abstract, the unseen, the only thing s
the constantly changing and represents the restlessness of the human being. The tru
th Barathary gland which controls the higher senses will be reinserted into those tha
t worthy of returning home when the Eloheem come for them from August 2003 ev
ery -June 26, 2030 AD. Remember El Eloh is himself. If he wills, he can destroy thi
ng this entire galaxy in a moment and recreate it in an instant. is

mo Nine ether is the combination of all existing gases and grew the universe. The tio
n. body is fictitious and attachment to it is bondage. Three laws of confinement “E
ver to the spell of ignorance, persons, places, things bind your inner self to the yt
hin outer world. The statement, “I and the Father are one,” means by g
flo eliminating body, name, and external qualifications we would eventually ws
, merge with the source from which we came, The All. We are made in the ou
t creator’s image and the only creation was considered as being not good, an
d therefore, we must work to become good and realize that the creator’s image in,
eve is enshrined in us: the body is the temple, the heart is the altar, the emotions ryt
hin are the religion, the soul is the preacher of the words of the Most High. We g
has must be the word of truth, and abode of health and happiness. its
tid es,
all Diseases of the mind and body can be eliminated by five basic points (1) thi
ngs proper exercise (2) proper breathing (3) proper relaxation (4) proper diet with ris
e much water (5) positive thinking, prayer and meditation. These five items are an
d required and lead to a healthy, dynamic, and effective existence. So, to fal
l, reiterate, remember: the
pe nd
ulu • Avoid things which agitate the mind like TV, movies, newspapers should be m-
swi reduced and replaced with periods of sitting in silence and solitude for ng
ma where there is silence, there is peace. nif
est s
in • Avoid undesirable company as well as stimulants and depressants. ev
ery thi
ng, the
• Feed your mind meditations and doubt and idle time will starve to death.

• Examine all worldly habits and curtail them sharply.

• Engage in solid spiritual practice. Become the Christ, live in truth.

• Step outside yourself and play out your life as if watching a movie, but
don’t identify with it, just watch it happen, but be careful not to fight the
mind, but only to gently guide it.

• Ignorance can be overcome by long, hard discipline and practice. Your

motivation should be a simple desire to love to serve the Most High, only
then will the ego disappear.

• Pure peace, love, and liberation can only be attained when all desires,
including spiritual desire itself, have been burned out.

One of the most important things to remember is that you do not need things
to be happy and each person, sooner or later, will confront the result of his or
her own actions. Below, you will find more points to ponder:

• The mind can never be satisfied, no matter how many pleasures it is fed.
The more you want, the less you get, and those who must have are never
really satisfied, thus desire leads to sufferings, so take less and don’t be
obligated.

To control senses, do not allow the senses to come into contact with the
object.

• For those who will say I have no faults, the greatest of our faults is to think
we have none.

• Humans are as happy as they make up their own mind to be.

• Use right knowledge for it is based on facts, can be proven in three ways
but none of the proofs may contradict another. Knowledge of something
not only gives control over it, but over others who have no knowledge of it.

• Keep in mind, there are principalities in high places trying to discover the
secrets of nature in order to manipulate and control nature’s energies, and
if the mind can be tricked; it can be controlled.
• The next time you become angry or miserable, examine yourself, reason it
out and note the modifications of the mind. A true Eloheem will not react in
anger to him/her; insult and praise are the same. Imagine someone spitting
in your face and not reacting in anger but responding with one thought, that
of pure love. It is difficult to imagine. That would take a mind of strength
and restraint, but restraint does not mean keeping things bottled up inside,
for restraint thought waves must be given an outlet and channeled into
uplifting activities like chanting, exercising, singing, meditation and
opposite and positive thoughts.

• Remember this world is temporary, so do not need it, or you will be bound
to it and it never really reciprocates.

• Losing the ego is a struggle, but when it drops, it will be like a dead leaf
dropping from a tree unnoticed, settling onto the ground dying of its own
accord eventually disappearing, and then and only then can the real center
arise, the true self, your god or goddess, the truth, or whatever you choose
to call it.

Most of the points and outformation above have been taken from The Mind
Book, by Dr. Malachi Z. York, but there is so much more that one should drink
to quench the thirst of serious hearts and minds. This article is but one small
swallow from the glass of knowledge of the workings of the mind. Obtain your
own copy of The Mind Book from this website, annuhassa.com. Read and
reread it nine times. Then you will be able to digest it thoroughly in its entirety
at your own pace, and build the attributes essential for strengthening the
mind. The journey will not be easy, but possible, so go ahead, free yourself!
