Week of May 25: Set up intro call with intern. Define project scope,
expectations, and agree to weekly time commitment
¡ Students agree to a minimum of 10 hours/week
June 1 – July 31: For duration of internship, schedule 1hr weekly check-in
to help intern with work product, educate them on your industry, and
answer general questions
End of internship: Offer a reference letter (if applicable); offer to extend
relationship on project basis; offer personalized feedback (1 positive, 1
constructive)
