Introduction:

This ordinance of Barangay Solot-Solot San Juan Ilocos Sur has a great and beautiful

place and, peaceful people. We assume that many of people are going here at scout island

because we are friendly, clean surroundings, and we respect all the ordinance of this barangay

we also make sure that no one will destroy or no one disobey their barangay ordinance.

BASURA ITI IGID TI BAYBAY KEN ITI DANUM TI KABAYBAYAN KEN ANIA MAN

A PAGAYUSAN TI DANUM ( KAS ITI CANAL KEN LOOB)” they must protect their

barangay and their purpose is to prevent cleanliness, and to establish this barangay so that many

tourism where going here, and also to promote some sea foods to eat like ( KAPPI, BUTTIKI,

SITTIL,AR-ARUSIP) and many more.

Theoretical Conceptual Framework:

According to their barangay captain Mr. Elly P. Javier, they made an ordinance for the people

who are living near the sea that no one throw any garbage to their sea.

Some of them they are not cooperate about that ordinance, they are not listening even though

they have an offences it would be nice if they are cooperate with each other so that their

barangay was nice and no toxic people.

Analysis:

This Ordinance of barangay Solotsolot San Juan Ilocos Sur their make sure that they will follow

the rules, and they have an offence to pay if they make a mistake, first offences is Php 200.00,

second offences Php 500.00 and Php 1,000.00 for the last offences.
Conclusion:

1. In this barangay they were no person caught throwing garbage at the shore because they

make sure that their barangay was clean and orderly.

2. Some of them they are digging a hole side of the sea and throw their garbage there.

3. The kagawad of barangay solotsolot they are always checking the garbage near in the sea.

4. Some SYC (Solotsolot Youngster Club) was cleaning near the sea because they want to

help their co barangay to put the garbage away.

Recommendation:

1. The people should cooperate so that they will not pay an offences.

2. Inform others about the ordinance and also about the offences so that they know what

they are going.

3. Barangay officials to do more projects to improve their barangay.

4. They should separate the non-biodegradable from biodegradable wastes so that we can

easily notice and separate all biodegradable can be used as a fertilizer while the non-

biodegradable can be use again or can be recycled.
