EFFICIENT MANAGEMENT OF ELECTRICAL ENERGY REGULATIONS (EMEER) 2008:
o Requires all installation consumed or generated electrical energy 3,000,000 kWh for 6 consecutive months to appoint Registered Electrical Energy Manager o Come out with energy management objective and plan for the installation and to report to Energy Commission on the progress and achievement of the plan every 6 months
