Prescribed duly signed IEC form (available at MRC/ Enclosed) 3. Synopsis duly signed by the scholar & guide(hard Copy) 4. Synopsis-Soft copy (in MS Word Document) 5. Patient Information sheet & consent form(available at MRC) (Soft & hard copy) 6. Synopsis presentation to Ethics Committee (PowerPoint presentation). The PowerPoint presentation should include the following Slide 1-Title of the study, Name of scholar, guide, department Slide 2-Problem statement /need of the study (5-6 bullet points) Slide3- Aim & Objectives Slide 4-9-(max 6 slides) o Materials and Methods Study design Inclusion/exclusion criteria Sample size, study Groups and interventions Interventions –Drugs. Details of drugs like reference , ingredients, latin names, proportion, dose, Indications (separate slide) , photo copy of the reference like shloka etc Duration of the treatments Investigations to be performed Assessment criteria, visits/follow ups Drop out criteria, Rescue medications Slide 10-Expected outcomes. All the said documents are to be submitted (hard copies to MRC (Dr Prathiba) on withdrawl of lockdown) by 11.05.2020 Monday, 11.00 AM.
