A hearing will be held in the above captioned matter on June r26, ,&;zo ~ t

10:30 o'clock A.M . in front of Judge Timothy R. Walmsley in Courtroom _ TBD_
of the Glynn County Courthouse , located at 701 H Street, Brunswick, Georgia .
Unless otherwise notified the following matters will be addressed by the Court:
(1) Motion for Bail without Waiver of Preliminary Hearing, and
(2) Motion for Relief from Prejudicial and Inflammatory Statements made by
Individuals Purporting to Speak for the Victim and His Family.

At least three (3) business days prior to the aforesaid hearing , each party shall
have delivered to the attorney for the other party, and to the undersigned judge's office
at 133 Montgomery Street, Suite 212 , Savannah , Georgia 31401 (not the Clerk's office),
the following information and documents:
1. The names of all witnesses you will or may call to testify at the hearing;
and
2. A list of all Exhibits expected to be used at the hearing .
Each party shall provide to any opposing party a list of all Exhibits by exhibit
number and provide a copy of all documentary and physical evidence that you may offer
at the hearing , unless the item has already been formally produced .
Responses must be specific. Reference to pleadings, discovery or other sources
of information is not a sufficient response. All documentary evidence produced under
this Order will be deemed authentic without further proof of authenticity or insistence on

the best evidence rule , unless you immediately notify opposing counsel and the
undersigned judge upon receipt of copies of documentary evidence from the other
party. Any party objecting to the authenticity of an exhibit or insisting on the best
evidence rule may be held liable for costs incurred by the other party in connection with
the attendance of witnesses solely for the purpose of authenticating the exhibit or
producing the original thereof.
