Sub: Request to help in the treatment

Dear Sir,
I am Hussain Bin Hamood Al Balushi, ID No. 1975161. I would request you to help one
of my employees father. Mr. Yousuf Ameer Khan, ID No. 60839809, he is in Oman
from past 40 years. He was on employment visa and now after retirement he is on
family visa under his son Mr. Yunus Khan ID No. 61387296.

Mr. Yousuf Ameer Khan is a diabetic patient and has problem with his kidneys. He is
on dialysis now and undergoing treatment in Nizwa Hospital, the file number is 309401.
Every week he needs dialysis 2-3 times and the charge for one time dialysis is 35-40
RO. So every month they are spending 350-400 RO for his dialysis. Mr. Yunus Khan
cannot send his father to India because there is no one in India to take care of his father
and also he is finding it difficult to spend this big amount every month.

Hence I would request you to help this poor person for his treatment because he has
lived all his life working in Oman. It’s my humble request to please consider this request
and help him in his treatment.

I would be very grateful if some kind of help from the Ministry of Health is offered to this
poor old person.
