Trachomatis in Helicobacter pregnancy: 500 mg pylori infection PO tid for 7 days or in combination 875 mg PO bid. with other agents Tonsilitis or Post exposure pharyngitis: 775 prophylaxis mg/day PO for 10 against days with food (ER Bacillus tablet). anthracis Unlabeled use: H. pylori infections: 1 Chlamydia g bid with trachomatis in clarithomycin 500 mg pregnancy, bid and lansoprazole mild to 30 mg bid for 14 days. moderate otitis media in children
