Duties and Responsibilities:

 Site Execution, Review and monitor building
schedules, priorities critical activities to ensure
projects progress at expected pace.

 Co-ordination with clients, contractor & suppliers for the

smooth functioning of the project.

 Inspections and approvals civil work / Structural / QA /

QC.

 To make sure that, all the construction work is going

on as per local authority rules and regulations.

 Detail Quantity Estimation of all construction

material require on site. Ensured all materials,
installations and constructions material
specifications by competently
managing inspection of materials and quality of
work, promptly identifying issues, and present
reports and recommendations to senior project
managers

 Shop drawings/material/subcontractor/BBS/monthly
invoices/project schedule/test reports/approval/etc.

 Studying/understanding/review of contract
documents, contract drawings, BOQ, general
specifications for Civil and MEP work
 Attend the weekly/scheduled meeting along with main
 contractor/ sub-contractor/ client etc.

 Co-ordination with architectural / structural / MEP team

for better execution of projects.

 Execution with contractor and final handover
