 SUMMARY
Gaining a proper and effective skillset is very essential in order to sustain in the
corporate culture. The classification of skills involve the skills that can be involved
and shown in our resume /CV (Eg. Academic skills, Computer skills,Communication
skills, Analytical skills, Team spirit,etc) and the hidden skills which do not find space
in our resumes and CVs (eg. Political skills, convincing skills etc).The person needs
to understand the amount and limit of the skills required in the corporate culture in
order to grow and succeed.

 INTRODUCTION OF THE ANALYSIS


In order to enter the corporate culture certain skillsets are very essential to learn and
inhibit them effectively.The basic skillset that mostly companies require can be learnt
in one’s schooling and graduation time periods.

The companies find these basic skills in your personality which can be inherited
during one’s school and college times:-
1. Confidance
2. Passion for your work
3. Ability to handle complex situations
4. Good Communication (verbal+ written)
5. Positive Behaviour and Attitude

 BODY
It is very important to analyse the present skillset one is acquiring and work upon
gaining the non existing skills in order to match the company’s profile skillsets
required.
There are 2 types of skills that a person faces.
1. Skills for Resume/CV
2. Hidden Skills
 SKILLS FOR RESUME/CV
These skills find place in one’s respective resume/cv and have a direct influence on
the person’s personality and chances of hiring in the company. These skills involve:-
1. Basic Academic skills of the degree
2. Computer skills (operating the computer system, Ms-office, coding,etc)
3. Documentation and Reporting skills
4. Communication skills (verbal+written)
5. Analytical and Intelligence skills
6. Team work and leadership skills

 HIDDEN SKILLS
These skills do not find space in one’s resume /cv but have indirect influence and
impact and are beneficial for future growth and survival in the company
environment.These skills cannot be told to the people but can be executed. These
skills involve:-
1. Political skills
2. People skills
3. Convincing skills
4. Self analysis skills

 CONCLUSION

Thus it is important to keep a sufficient balance of the Resume skills and hidden skills
in order to shine bright in your future aspects and get a opportunistic future ahead.
The Resume/cv skills help and guide us in entering and performing in the company.
On the other hand the hidden skills help and guide us in focusing on our personal
interests, making friends and successful and healthy relations , proper interactions
with everyone.
