For ARCUBE activation follow these steps:

Note: The activation process will start with the January 2020 version update.

1. Open the ARCUBE page at 2. Click the "Product Activation" tab. Please login to

3. Enter your username and password in the text boxes on the opened page. Click the "Login" button.

* If you already have membership, you can login to the

system. If you are not a member, you can register by
clicking the "New User Registration" link.

* If you have already registered, but you do not remember

your password, you can create a new password by
clicking the "Forgot My Password" link.

4. When you log in, you will reach the following pag. (Figure 6) Enter the complete information, installation type,
installation company, installation date, country, city and device serial number, click the "OK" button.

* In order to get the activation code, you must enter the

and the device serial number.

*Note down the activation code which will be given on

the screen after clicking the "OK" button. This code will
be required during next steps of activation.

5. From the main screen of the device, click the LEFT

key until you see the text in Figure 6. To enter the
activation code, click UP and DOWN keys
simultaneously.

6. Enter the activation code in CODE section which

you obtained in step 4 and click the ENTER key.

* If you enter the activation code correctly, your

activation will be completed.

* If you enter the installation activation code incorrectly,

the device gives the "ACTIVATION CODE IS
INVALID" warning and the system locks itself for 15
seconds. After 15 seconds, you can re-enter the activation
code.

Note: If you don’t activate the device, it does not give error in inspection mode or recall mode. When it returns to normal
operation, it operates for one hour. At the end of one hour, the system issues the error "H62: ACTIVATION REQUIRED".
To get out of the error, it needs to be inspection or recall. Activation must be performed once to prevent this error.

Note: The warranty period will be started on the date of activation, not on the date the product was received. (For the
devices purchased previously, activation must be provided until 30.06.2020.)

Note: In case of continuing the old version without activation on previously purchased devices, the warranty period is based
on the invoice date.
