Boiled Cookies
2c. Sugar
1/2c. Milk
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. peanut butter
3 c. oatmeal (minute type)
Mix first 4 ingredients together in a
pan and bring to a rolling boil.
Take off heat and add vanilla,
peanut butter, and oats.
Take a teaspoon or tablespoon of
the mix and place it on wax paper
to cool.
Let cool.
Friday: Return folder.
