01 01 Bench study the energy efficiency of a compressed air system

The training bench reproduces a compressed air system and allows for the
study of the energy efficiency of the system with simulation of several faults in
the electrical circuit and the compressed air system.
The PLC is used as acquisition system data to be displayed and shall be
equipped with a communication module MODBUS / RS485 and ETHERNET
network for carrying the equipment.

- Dimensions: length 1500 ± 100 800 ± 100 x Width x Height 2000 ± 100 mm.
- System mounted on movable structure.
- The entire system must be welded steel with epoxy paint.

 Technical description
 Compressor 30 liters minimum.
 Interconnecting central electrical measurement (U, I, P, Q, S, power factor,
THD)
 2 Pressure Transmitters
 One temperature sensor
 1 Meter
 fault simulation "air leakage"
 fault simulation "corking"
 Simulation "compressor overconsumption"
 System data acquisition
 HMI communicating with the programming software
 Software visualization and data analysis energy (energy monitoring)

 The cabinet is equipped with a wiring grid composed of:

 A plate with the circuit breaker and differential protection (30mA), cable
through a system of plug-in connectors:
- Interconnecting automated and consists of a control Programmable
Logic Controller Industrial, and an HMI 5.7 inch programmable
minimum in front of the containment cabinet to control different cycles of
operation and viewing of system energy data.
 Control console prewired removable terminal block.
 A safety limit sensor on the enclosure door and a safety relay which allows
the powering of the plate.
 A quick-fastening element and connectors permit rapid mounting cable
platinum by the student.
