Production Plant

There are two stores. One for Raw material and another one for Finished goods

Batch concept is maintained for finished products

Management received purchase orders from its branches. As per the branches order, Management plan the production and th
Stores persons check the stock availability (Min stock,Max stock)
If stock is not there then, stores person raise the purchase request to purchase department with approval
With respect to the purchase request, purchase process initiated by purchase department
Against the purchasce order material getting into to the company. After inspection materials are stores in the respective stores
Production plan copy should be given to production incharge. For the plan production side request the rawmaterial to start the p
Production department sent a mail to stores person for their production raw material requirement
Weekly indent prepared by production department (Masilamani) based on that plant material should be issued
Raw material issued by the stores for the respective production plan. Manual register maintained
Module setting process initiated on the suitable machine
First shot inspection should be carried out. If inspection is ok then production should be continued.
On the first shot checking various inspection process should carried out. (runner weight,component weight)
After finishing the production, Inspection carried out. Then the product should transferred to Finished googs stores

Semi finished goods are issued by stores to assembly area

Assembly process should carried out.
While doing assemby, inspection should be conducted like water testing,air testing
Once the inspection is completed then packing process initiated
Barcode should be pasted on the packing box
Finaly product should moved to finished goods area

All the Finished Goods should have Bill of Material
