Authorization
Mr. Usama Abdul Rehman, lecturer in Sukkur IBA University. He teaches many subjects related to
English e.g.: creative writing, Business communication. He authorized us to make a report on
reflection on course of business communication as final project of business communication course.
In order to complete this project, we had twenty days. He authorized task that we have to reflect on
all those things that we learned in business communication course. Report will describe all aspects
of business communication course.

Purpose
Purpose of this report is to investigate reason behind communication problem at professional life.
this report will also explain thoughts of students about business communication course. Pros and
cons of verbal and non- verbal communication. this report will also provide some recommendation
regarding to business communication course.

Scope
As being student of Sukkur IBA, this research is limited for Sukkur IBA. We learned not only within
credit hour of this course but also, we took extra time to learn a lot of things from this course. during
class time we learned how to make others happy by telling good news, and try to tell bad news in
courteous way, how to convince other. During our workshops and mock interview we learned most
important things about job, how to apply job, and what should be your communication way during
job.
