A Nation is a body of people that are united and willing to live together under the same
government.
Characteristics of A Nation
1)A Nation has a common territory.
2)A common custom and tradition.
3)A common language.
4)A common currency.
5)A common constitution.
6)A uniform security agency.

Duties to A Nation
As a citizen of Nigeria or any Nation,we must;
1) Always pay our bills.
2) Respect constituted authority.
3)Take part in election.
4)Obey the constitution of the country.

(1) Define the term Money.
(2)Uses of money.
(3)State the dangers of excessive love of money.

MEANING: Money is the commodity that we use to buy goods and services.

USES OF MONEY.
(1) To have our basic needs e.g. food, shelter, etc.
(2) To serve God e.g. to give freewill offering to God.
(3) To pay for social services e.g. taxes and other bills.
(4) To invest in the future e.g. through insurance , savings, etc.

DANGERS OF EXCESSIVE LOVE OF MONEY.


(1) It takes away the love of God from our hearts and makes us wicked.
(2) Most people who love money are proud, wicked and selfish.
(3) people who love money too much are tempted to use dishonest means to get it. e.g robbery
, etc.

HOME WORK.
(1) Define the term Money.
(2) Write three uses of money.
(3) Write two dangers of excessive love of money.
