TECHNICAL FEASIBILITY

Technical aspects identifies the process that can be used to produce quality products and
excellent services with a minimum cost. In this business , the aspects that are taken to
consideration are the products, service, location, layout and other information in determining
technical feasibility.
A. Project Description
“AVA Food stall” will be located at Daang Amaya II Tanza, Cavite. “AVA Food stall” will
offer Kikkiam made of Alamang or Krill with carrots and tasteful dippings. “AVA Food stall”
will be taken in form of take-out basis. It will operate from Monday to Friday from 12 pm
onwards
B. Project Timetable
A Gantt chart is a type of bar chart that illustrates a project timetable, Gantt chart illustrates
start and finish dates of the terminal elements and summary elements of a project.

Figure 1 presents the Gannt chart of “AVA Food stall”.

The activity of “AVA Food stall” will start form the month of June 2017 with the
operation of the feasibility study upto July 2017. The approval of the study will be on the month
of July. Preparation of the business, purchasing of the materials and ingredients and start of the
operation will be on the month of July 2017.

Project Layout
The proposed project will be 4.5 feet in width and 6 feet in height which could be
occupied by 2 vendors at once.
