NOTICE

In order to safe guard the career of the students studying in IKGPTU system, the
following Assignment shall be carried out by the Faculty members of all
Institutes/University Campuses for the Creation of Study Material. The provision of
Subject(s) alotment to Faculty members is availble in institute login. One subject can
be aloted to one or more Faculty member.

(i) All faculty members teaching subjects in current semester shall provide the
notes/study material/video lectures/audio lectures along with solutions of those subjects
latest by 25.04.2020.
Module for uploading the study material is provided in login IDs of all faculty
members. Module will work after the alotment of subject(s) by the institute.

(ii) Faculty members shall also ensure to upload the question bank (mandatory for all
faculty members) comprising of MCQs Questions of 2 marks and Subjective Questions
of 2 marks, 4 marks, 5 marks, 8 marks, 10 marks and 20 Marks weightage (As applicable
in that particular subject as per Question Paper Pattern).

(iii) Study material of any particular subject, uploaded by number of faculty members
from various colleges shall be made available to each and every student and it will be
choice the student to refer any of the study material uploaded by faculty of his/her
college or faculty of any other college.

 Instructions for Faculty Members:
Create Syllabus:
1: Slect the following from the login
2 Select Subject-Code – aloted by the Instititute, if no subject aloted
the Contact to the Institute for the same.
3 Select Subject-Code and Click the Button “Show Syllabus”, the
following screen appear:

Step-1 Select Unit – Add Unit

Step-2. Select Chapter – Add Chapter—If No Chapter Name Exist in

Syllabus, then you can add Name of unit
Step-3. Add Topic:

1. First Select Unit-I, Then Select Chapter- Add All topic one by
One related to the Chapter.
2. Select Unit-2, Then Select Chapter- Add All topic one by One
related to the Chapter
And so on…….
4. After Adding the all topics, the syllabus Can be perview by clicking
on the Red button “Perview Syllabus”
5. If all Units, Chapters and Topics are Comleted, then syllabus can
be locked by clicking on the button “Lock Syllabus”. Once Syllabus
locked, it can not be edited.
Note: Unit, Chapter and Topic can be Edited only, before locking of
Syllabus. After Locking you can able to create Create Study
Material and Questions.

Click the the Sub Menu-Create Study Material and Questions

A. Subjective Question

Steps Are:
1. First Select Topic: Select the Topic
2. Then Select Level: There are six level of questions Given as
under:
1. Remembering
2. Understanding
3. Applying
4. Analyzing
5. Evaluating
6. Creating
 The Bloom’s Taxonomy Action Verbs

3. Select Question Type, 4. Select Question Marks

Faculty members shall also ensure to upload the question bank (mandatory for all
faculty members)

Questions are of Two type:

A. Subjective Question: comprising of Subjective Questions of 2
marks, 4 marks, 5 marks, 8 marks, 10 marks and 20 Marks
weightage (As applicable in that particular subject as per Question
Paper Pattern).

5. Select Question Property:

 Questions Can Be Uploaded in two Mode i.e. Text and Image.
 For Uploading of Text Question

Learning Methodology or any type of useful Instructions to study the
topic by the Students (if Any).
S. No: 8: It is Mandatory for all faculty members to Submit the
Solution of the Topic in pdf only (Maximum Size 200kb) and It can be
in shape of Notes/study material. Pdf can be generated with cam
scanner application from smart phone or with any other Availble
media.
S. No: 9: The link of video lectures/audio lectures link can be
uploaded at S.No. 9(a),9(b) and 9(c)
