AIM OF THIS COURSE:

In this course, you’ll learn to observe and analyze an organization from a system and process perspective. As you are
introduced to the production and delivery aspect of goods and services, it is believed that you will be able to relate the critical
importance of Operations Strategy, Analysis, Design and Planning & Control in order to gain competitive advantage. Your
familiarity with language, concepts, insights and tools of Operations Management will facilitate your ability to identify wide-
ranging operational issues that face todays managers and find efficient as well as effective solutions for them.

class discussions.
