EXPLANATIONS, PICTURES, AND SUPPORTING DETAILS

1. The text of your multimedia presentation is the most important part of any presentation. If the content
isn't engaging or to the point, your audience will quickly lose interest in your presentation. Here are a
few tips:
Be concise
Stay on topic Provide supporting details
Stick to the format (Opening, Body, Closing)
Proofread
Spellcheck
*Once you have the basic text you wish to include in your presentation and all supporting data, then we
can look at laying it out, and making it more visually appealing.

2. If you know your target audience you will be able to know the right texture, background and
themes that will catch their attentions.

The more you like your presentation slides, the more you will feel confident you will feel when you
make your presentation!
3. A storyboard is your roadmap when you make a video.
Like a script, your storyboard visually guides you throughout the production process. By planning your
video, you know which shots you need to create and how to create them when filming begins. You can
get others’ feedback early on and make simple adjustments to your storyboard, rather than making
major changes while filming.

4. For example, use a beach template if preparing a presentation to be delivered at a youth retreat at Atlantic
Beach

5. Make any global changes to the template in this step.

Anything applied to the master slide will be applied to all slides in the presentationItems to consider editing:
