FIT/GAP PHASE
Objective
 Collect all data required for the realization
 Configuration, development and forms
 Form definition clear to the very detail
 Check if there are any GAP’s in the template
 Record all discussions/decisions in meeting minutes

 Change Requests (CR) - Detailed explanation about what will be
setup in the system

LOCAL PROJECT MANAGER

Goal Responsibles
 Management of all local resources in the Cluster.  Skilled person from local business possibly with project
 Execution of a project plan provided and defined by the lead experience
project management team
 Provide skilled local resources and enables a decision making Report to
