Oceanus Waste Water System utilize Advance Oxidation for revolutionary approach
in Waste Water Treatment which yields outstanding effluent quality compared to
conventional methods like SBR, MBR, Activated Sludge, etc. It correspondingly
simulates nature’s way of processing waste water like ozonation, filtration &
sedimentation, thus, no chemical dosing is needed. These processes have been
applied successfully for the removal or degradation of toxic pollutants or used as
pretreatment to convert recalcitrant pollutants into biodegradable compounds that can
then be treated by conventional biological methods.

The wastewater overflowing from the series of existing septic tanks will be
collected into the new three (3) chamber anaerobic tank. The wastewater will overflow
from the first chamber into the second and third chamber leaving the bulk of the denser
suspended solids which settled down and the surface- floating scum. In this tank
anaerobic activity will partially reduce the contaminant level of the wastewater. The
partially treated wastewater will overflow into the lift station, provided with a screen to
remove any carried over suspended materials and will be transferred by pumping into
the Advance Oxidation treatment process.

The Advance Oxidation Process (AOP) here is modified, incorporating

proprietary technology and filtration. The process will take place in PVC tanks provided
in this offer. Advance Oxidation Process is a tested and proven technology to treat BOD
and COD by the injection of strong oxidizing agents, in this case of Ozone, to oxidize
contaminants, both organic and inorganic in nature. Ozone is generated from the air
from the atmosphere and is diffused into the wastewater for efficient reaction. AOP is
allowed to take place in a series of two tanks or reactors, equipped with the screens to
remove suspended solid.

The treated effluent from the reactors overflows into the treated effluent tank to
settle further any smaller-sized suspended particulate when present, some of which are
product of oxidation reaction. The effluent is further treated by passing through a
Multimedia filter and Activated Carbon filter. The filtrate or reclaimed water is ready for
reuse for toilet flushing, cleaning the surrounding flooring or even for irrigation purposes.

 Design (Equipment Positions, lay out of treatment tank capacity and location)
 Installation (indoor and outdoor location will have different approach, mounting of
all equipment, pipe installation, water proofing, inclusion of effluent tapping from
Septic Tank to STP, Installation of filters, probes, analyzer, monitoring
instruments.
 Commissioning (process flow) series of dry runs and testing.
 Calibration (parameters will be given by the end-user for sanitation of the final
effluent.
 System and Technical Familiarization (A series of trainings will be conducted and
orientation of personnel-in-charge prior turn-over. Proper documentation will be
complied after completion.)
