Submit a Table organization


Identify Staff the capacity if its not competent. Report and replace!
Identify Manpower Capacity if its not competent. Report and replace!
Learn Estimate / Planswift/ Coverage

(1ST PRIORITY)
Approve all materials needed and order asap!
Do a BOM
(2nd PRIORITY)
Forecast of the delivery. Delivered,Balance,Consume
(3rd Priority)
Schedule should be implemented based on the productivity of the manpower and delivery

Sequence of work

Order all items that have leadtime

Mirror size from contractor : Fabrication leadtime 3 weeks


Aircon availability with lead time, 1 month atleast
Doors and accessories that need finshing : Fabrication Leadtime 2 to 3 weeks
Cabinets and accessories need finishing : Fabrication Leadtime 2 to 3 weeks
Laminates need for approval asap
Tiles ordering with leadtime : For the special tiles especially when ordering abroad 3 weeks
Electrical Fixtures : Electrical Fixtures needs to be approve asap. Timeline : 2 weeks
Plumbing Fixtures : Plumbing Fixtures need to approve from the owner. Fitting should be as per tile
cutting and layout
Windows – Should be approve by the client. If there’s an existing window. Demolish it and have it
measure by the contractor.

Paint color must by the owner and client approve asap


Ceiling boards, identify the manhole for maintenance.
Gypsum board for interior cladding. Hardiflex for Exterior and Bathroom
Waterproofing should be approved by the owner. Apply waterplug before application. Conduct a flood
test atleast 18hrs to 48hrs

Firepro – The said scopes should be awarded and all materials need to prepare especially with leadtime.

Scheduling – Foreman should be inform the operation the estimated timeline of the works also the
contractor that are involve in the project. Submitted schedule must have a buffer for contingency.
Accessories and Consumables – Need a buffer to avoid shortage also coordinate with the foreman with
regards to the said items to avoid shortage.
Forecast of the Materials – Implement SRS to the project to have a monitoring of the materials.
Staff Should do the following

Target Schedule – Siteworks and Implementation should be coordinated to foreman to have an accurate
schedule.

Delegation of work – Staff should have a their own scope. Explain to them and let them study the work.
Monitoring of Progress – Staff should know the progress of the delegated work by monitoring and
report it daily and weekly on the chat group.

Report on Site activity - Staff should be report all the issues on site in realtime. This will help to solve
the problem immediately by brainstorming.

Accountability of Work – Staff should be accountable to the work assigned to him. All concerns in
implementation and issues have to reported asap.
