1.) Explain how does leadership influences learning?

=as a leader in the organization, you were the role model to be followed by the member, it’s like a
teacher that the students are following especially when you when you instruct them to do
something. So as the leader we should ensure the organizational structures and systems in place
fully support, rather than hinder, teaching and learning.

2.) Does gender play role in leadership? Explain.

= gender plays a significant role in defining leadership roles and determining the quality of services
in organization, gender refers to social traits of man and woman that range from norms and
relationships to role

Gender for me does not play a role in making someone a good leader, it’s the circumstances and
grooming which do. The traits that a man may exhibit in the same position is looked upon favorably
and in positive lights as opposed to a woman exhibiting the same behavioral traits at work.

3.) On the issue of the covid 19, what leadership strategies from Vietnam and other covid 19 free
countries could be adapted in the Philippines?

= We need an approach that in common cause every individual should protect themselves by
adapting behaviours such as washing hands social distancing, respiratory etiquette and many more.
Every community should empowered to ensure that services and aids are planned and adapted
based on their feedback and local context, such as community education, protecting vulnerable
groups. Government leads and coordinate the response across party lines to enable and empower
all individuals and communities. The private companies must ensure the continuity of essential
services such as the food chain, public utilities and manufacture of medical supplies.

4.) If you were a leader, what is your perspective on how this pandemic affects DepEd operates?

=my perspective on how this pandemic affects DepEd operates is that many students are already
distract, some of them are disappointed especially graduates. There are also events that are
cancelled like graduation days. It interrupts also the interest of the students to learned.

5.) Assuming that you are a principal, what is your strategy to enable your teachers to use blended
learning?

= developed a good relationship with my staff, make opportunities for teachers to learn, include
teachers in decision making and implementations and nurture them in different new way of
operating. .
